Mr. Jakab is an attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property licensing, contract drafting and negotiation, and complex business transactions. He has provided counsel and in-house general counsel services to a variety of high tech companies, both publicly traded and private, including those in the consumer software and hardware, mobile apps, cloud technology, and energy efficiency industries. Those companies include Atari, Inc., Apple Computer, Inc., International Microcomputer Software, Inc., Worlds of Wonder, Inc. and Mindscape, Inc.
He is also multi-lingual and has more than a decade of experience working with international business partners.
